After tearing my hair out for a few weeks, I finally came across this comment on the Android Store page, and after I was able to get it working, I figured I might as well create a tutorial followup that detailed how to fix the app for yourself!

I'm able to sync app data between different Android devices with Helium app. But I'm not able to backup or restore data with the Helium app in Bleustacks 5. I get the message to connect the device with USB. And then I don't know what to do?

helpful video. however, myself I have Helium desktop working on a Windows 7 Pro PC and my Asus tablet is being seen fine via Helium Android, I have working ADB interface driver. My issue is that after selecting my apps to be backed up, and tap Backup, only targets for backup are : Internal Storage, Google Drive...I don't have any external option appearing. Any thoughts? Any feedback appreciated on this. Been trying to backup my Asus tablet for a couple weeks now.
