THANK YOU for adding the reminders throughout the video to drink water, get a snack ect..very helpful since I tend to lose track of time and just sit in one place for hours, which, obviously, isn't good for me. Please continue to do this in videos that are over like 30 minutes, it's very helpful!! Such beautiful art, I'm obsessed!! ❤💖💗
