DUI Driver Slams Into Multiple Parked Cars

AREA/CITY: Buena Park
DETAILS:
Orange County Fire Authority and Buena Park Police Department responded to a reported traffic collision .
When they got on scene, they found a vehicle that had hit several parked cars, a telephone box on the sidewalk, then into a rod iron gate, trapping the driver.
Firefighters extricated the driver who was trapped for about 25 mins.
The driver was transported with unknown injuries to a local trauma center.
At this time, speed and alcohol does appear to be a factor in the crash.

All the DUI informations on the streets and online, people's still DUI 😢

Thankfully no one was hurt, however in the state of California liability limits for property damage is only 5k, with all the damage he just caused, all of the ones affected will have those limits divided up, which will not cover even 1/4 of the repairs, that is if his dumb ass even has insurance. Hopefully the cars have their own collision insurance

Well that saved the police from chasing him down. He was held without a fight. But hope he's OK and get some help. Glad no one else was hurt. And his insurance company is Not going to be happy. Bye-bye car, license, etc.
