Why can’t the writers give the single girl something besides a flower or book shop? Come on..

The only one I am REALLY interested in is Never Let Go, with Halle Berry, that looks really good and spooky, hopefully it has a good ending, since most horror movies in the last 25 years always ends with everyone dead or about to be or might as well be, which has become boring and too predictable! Also I am interested in the It Ends With US, My Penguin Friend, maybe Wicked, though I kinda hope there isn't any singing, since I am not a big fan of musicals, but I know the play did, so I imagine this will too! Though if there is, I wonder why they don't show it in the trailer? But then they did that with the Willy Wonka movies too, I didn't even know it was a musical until I went to watch it and they started singing, which is when i turned it off! Even though I have enjoyed the original, same with the Wizard Of Oz, I still don't care for it with some of these newer movies, and I always feel it takes something away from the immersiveness of the stories, whether it's fantasy or not!
