-- About BENETEAU --

The first BENETEAU boats sailed from the shipyards of Croix-de-Vie over 135 years ago. Since that time, the BENETEAU brand has been synonymous with quality and innovation to all those who have taken to the water – first by the fishermen who made their livelihood from the sea and then by the legions of recreational boaters around the globe.

Over the years, our commitment to innovating and embracing ideas, no matter how unconventional, has been at the forefront of who we are in order to bring you the best boat possible. BENETEAU was one of the first boatbuilders many years ago to use computer-aided design (CAD) as well as lighter, stronger composite building materials. We’ve also been at the cutting edge of using greener materials and processes to do our part in protecting the incredible world which we explore. However, all this innovation doesn’t mean we’ve turned our back on tradition. One thing we’ve discovered in over a century of boatbuilding is that new-world innovations work best with old-school craftsmanship. This combination has resulted in some of the most iconic sailboats and powerboats in the world – supremely seaworthy yachts renowned for their sense of style, luxury, and comfort along with their creative use of space and new technologies.

-- Philosophy --

We’re a lot like you. We love the water in all its forms – the ocean, bays, lakes, and rivers. And we love sharing the boating lifestyle with our family and friends. This love manifests itself in every BENETEAU built in any one of our many manufacturing facilities worldwide. Every BENETEAU sailboat and powerboat on the water reflects the best efforts of the finest architects, designers, and craftsmen along with the highest quality materials and the latest innovations.

When you purchase a BENETEAU, you become a valued member of our BENETEAU family. For this reason, our after-sale service is second to none as evidenced by the multitude of National Marine Manufacturers CSI Awards for Excellence in Customer Service. At the core of this outstanding service is our exceptional dealer network. Every one of our authorized BENETEAU dealers will be there for you – from choosing the right yacht to the handover and beyond. Your dealer will be your able guide when it comes to maintaining your boat properly and will help you maximize the return on your investment when it comes time to step up to another BENETEAU – and it usually does! We wouldn’t have it any other way.

Out of the hundreds of boat vids I've watched over the past few months this one has by far been the best. Thanks for taking the time to make this, very informative!
  • @bartosh4224
Perfect review. I am now watching this for the fifth time and am closer and closer to decide to order this boat. Thx.
  • @lightspeed72
What a fantastic video and boat! The outboards and side doors definitely make it a lot easier to single hand! Love it.
  • The best review we've seen in a long time! Can't wait to show my partner as the preference right now is for a sports cruiser from Norway. Love the joystick sideways option and the backup security of the bowthruster. Sooo important for a detailed tour and you totally nailed it! Antares 11 is perfect. Thanks.

A really great video. Thanks a lot for this wonderful review.

I love the cabin cruisers. I love the small size and comfort offered. Now for my thoughts on why not offer “green” distance. Today with solar/wind and such a long roofline a 6 solar panels doing 800w each produces 48kwh and may do 5-8kn as long as the sun shines. No fossil fuels! Maintenance free relatively speaking! Batteries acts as the ballast! I asked this of saxdor too, but who will finally wake up to this? It becomes the third category of cabin cruising: wind, fuel, and sun. I don’t know if i could afford it (if it’s under $250k), but it’s really interesting.

Wow, that is the best joystick demo on YouTube. Real world stuff.
  • @BruceschultzAU
I think that's definitely the boat for my girls and I . thanks for the great review.
  • @TheSuprahuman
Pretty much the perfect boat for me! Love the 300 Mercury's 🤩

Very nice Barrett. Actually ran across this looking for ideas for my “overlanding” / off road Xterra. Glad I did as now I can check y’all out from time to time. Goodness, “little” Janie isn’t so little anymore, LOL. J F still stuck on the east coast.

I like this boat, but a diesel engine is an internal combustion engine too.
  • @kimthesax
Awsome jobb on this review, I would love to see a similar review of the fly version!
  • @CG-cx9fv
Engines are classified into two types, internal combustion engines and external combustion engines. In the first, the combustion of fuel takes place inside the cylinder, whereas in the second it takes place outside. Both the gasoline and diesel fueled engines on this boat are "internal combustion"... Diesel gererators are preferable here because gasoline's low flashpoint and high vapor density makes it highly volatile. The fumes are capable of ignition up to12 feet away from a pooled source.
  • Would have liked to see him actually docking stern in with joy stick and bow thruster. I have the same boat but would like to see a pro do it.
  • @blazbratina6866
I did not catch information about consumption / efficiency mentioned at the beginning of the video? Has somebody the data about it? Great video!
  • I was just waiting for those motors to break out into "Amazing Grace".
