At 8:23 in video, my bicycle tire got caught in the Tram Tack. I understand this is a very common accident in cities around the world that have tram tracks like this.

Peter at Peloton Bikes Berlin was such a Good Samaritan. It was a traumatic experience and it was comforting to have a friendly caring person lend assistance.
