Mindfulness: A Standing Meditation

Here is an invitation to join us for a standing meditation, but there is always the option to take up a posture that best suits you, your body and your practice. We are doing a body scan but in a standing position, so the practice can be adapted to suit your needs. Always listen in to your body and make adjustments where necessary. Enjoy the practice 🙏🏻
