The FBI Agents Showed Up At The Door?.. Now What? | My Reaction

Former LEO here... Do not step outside of your door... Talk to them from inside your house... If they dont have a warrant then don't talk to them.

1st question: Got a warrant? If yes, use 5th Amendment Right to Remain Silent. If no, then Trespass them and use 5th Amendment. Right to Remain Silent. Under no circumstances, answer any questions without a Lawyer present ( 6th Amendment) And never ever give them permission to "look around" your property. If they have a search warrant, it must specify what they are looking for. For example, they cant look in drawers if they are searching for a TV. Never ever tell them where other family members live, phone # etc. You are NOT obligated to "help them" with information or aid their investigation in any way.

A lawyer told us to NEVER EVER step out of the door!!! Stay inside and talk through the door to get VERY general info. You DO NOT have to talk.

We live in a world where good is called evil and evil good. Focus on Jesus, not on the storm. Jesus is the way the truth and the life. Nobody goes to the Father except through Jesus 🙏

Don't ever say, "I'm sorry but...". You have nothing to apologize for. Don't ever say, "Can I...?" Don't ask permission. Make direct declarative statements.

Just don't open the door. In fact, there is no law stating that you have to answer the door at all. There is a tactic that they've been using for years where if you're standing there talking to them in your doorway, they will put their foot inside the threshold, preventing you from closing the door. If you do anything, at all, such as pushing their foot out of the way, you get arrested for assault. Also, make sure you see the warrant before opening the door. They've been known to say that they have a warrant, but when pressed, they don't actually have it on them.

Do NOT EVER GO OUT WHEN THEY KNOCK! They can arrest you!! Have a smart doorbell and talk through that… or open the closest window and talk through that! If you open the door, they will always put their foot there so you can’t close it, and if you do… you attacked the officer!
