back in my day we had the safe t play ball (multi holes) and the wiffle ball. my dad taught me to hit junk when i was like 7 (and i will soon be 64) with a safe t play ball wrapped in 1" cloth first aid tape! these work so good i was pitching them to my kid 20 years ago that i taped check them out! we would also drill bunches of 1/2 holes in wood bats to his with because all that was available was whiffle ball bats and other lame plastic bats.

Honestly my scuffed up blitzball is a bit better than the new ones that I got, although the new one is much easier to grip. That’s your oldest blitzball, you should see mine. 😂
