Check the USB ports, check for conflicts in the device manager, make sure the drivers are updated to the latest version and if that doesn't work turn the rocket off for a few minutes then back on...

it could be the windows 11 update causing an issue with the device drivers or could be out of ink ? whatever is wrong anyway smoke is definatly coming out of the wrong end of the rocket lol
