Here's a quicklist for ease of reference: 01 - No mobile version 02 - Mobile header too big 03 - No call to action 04 - No information about you 05 - No map 06 - No email subscription 07 - No NAP (name, address, phone) 08 - Broken links 09 - Slow websites (reduce image quality) 10 - Poor navigation header 11 - Too many fonts 12 - No social networks 13 - No/mistitled logo png 14 - No blog 15 - No internal pages 16 - No google analytics 17 - Low quality pixelated pictures 18 - Having ads on your website 19 - Bad domain name 20 - Unreadable fonts 21 - No brand description 22 - Having music playing 23 - Not using exit-intent popups 24 - Not seo-ing your website Some really good info in there. Particularly the blog and internal links. However, "Number 7 is going to surprise you" is a really cheap approach. Your content is better than that.

THE 25th MISTAKE - "Wishing" you had a web site but NEVER acting upon your desire to build a site or your business.. THE 26th MISTAKE - Telling all your friends and acquaintances about you ingenious business idea but NEVER actually building or acting upon it. The best way to kill your dreams is to start blabbing your ideas to anyone who will listen. Feeding yourself dopamine through talking about false dreams can give you the same emotional enjoyment as actually pursuing your dreams thus, why you hear so many people talking about things they will never actually achieve.
