Y’all fun fact abt mari. The directors confirmed that marinette has black hair because of her being half french and half chinese but ended up being dark blue because black hair has harder to animate than other hair colors. In the shanghai special we see Fei having black hair. But not marinette, mainly because they didn’t want to change her ICONIC look❤ Bt i rly enjoyed this❤❤❤
