    Nablus is actually Neapolis or New City and was built in Roman times. it is over 2000 years old. Nabulsi cheese, Nabulsi soap, Nabulsi knafih are some of the cities famous products. Another peculiarity for Nablus: it houses the Samaritans, who live at the top of the mount Gerzim, they are the true and only pure jews (and they are proud Palestinians). Love Nablus, it has a special place in my heart

    According to google map, there isn't a road from Jerusalem to Nablus, you must enter from north of Tel Aviv.  Which way did you enter to go to Nablus?
