  • $250/sqft = $625k (that's a stretch) for the house leaving $2,215K or $9.8K per acre. Good luck, I own a working commercial farm on the sacramento river, with water rights, 6 miles from sacramento, commiefornia and can only get about 15K an acre. I would guess that's going to sell for around $1K an acre in the end.

    Started at $4,900,000 and now it is down to $2,920,000 what a joke. Everyone trying to gouge on pricing. Be lucking if this sells for even 2 mil til its over. Thinking its worth maybe a mil.
