Only thing I would change is have walk in shower ( and no tub) in one of the bedrooms
-
This one really is perfect. It's RARE when I don't want to tweak a plan. I like this one just the way it is.
-
Back in the day... this was called a house...is now called a cottage...
-
I must say, this is my kind of tiny home. Everything is beautiful, and the fireplace inside and outside , big hit. All in all, it was the best tiny house I have ever seen.
-
This is perfect! I would like 2. One for me and one for my husband. 😊

After having been there and done that, I don't ever want to live in a tiny house again. I don't want a giant house either. All my family needs is a comfortable, normal sized house with three bedrooms, two bathrooms and nice back yard to watch the sunset from.
-
Very nicely done! I love that there are 2 full bathrooms in this tiny gem!
-
I’d make screen porch the entire length of house. And definitely one bathroom with a walk in shower
-
I love the screened porch - a great place to be on a summer night. I like the porch fireplace, so I could dispense with the one in the living room and place the TV lower. The galley kitchen has lots of storage and counter space, and a pantry closet as well! The bedrooms have real closets, not just wardrobes. This plan has appeal!
-
I would pretty much live on that screened in porch.
-
I love it, but I would make one change, I would have the kitchen cabinets go to the ceiling. I’ve had them the way this is designed and they are dust collectors and it’s wasted space. When they are all the way to the ceiling you put stuff at the top that you use once a year like Christmas dishes ect. But I love this house.

I took one look at the master bedroom and thought yes! There's my studio! Which made the second bedroom a pleasant surprise, spacious, with an en suite. I like that the kitchen is quietly tucked away, yet well designed. And I yearn to sit by that outdoor fire even in the coldest of nights....
-
Just perfect for me all by myself! Definitely a one woman house. I agree with Cathy: the husband can get his own cottage!
-
Perfect! I agree with all of the positive comments. I couldn't ask for anything more---except maybe 10 cords of wood!!!😊 Thank you!!
-
This one embodies the word "cottage". Perfect!
-
I’m in love with this house! Its like the perfect size for myself and if I have my kids over or any other guest. In love!!!
-

-

-
