I think it is hilarious that he left a physical copy of this album on the ground in front of the fire station used as the ghost busters headquarters.

"THIS SÅNG HAS NÅTHING TO DU WITH GHÅWSTBOWSTEERS!"

My favorite thing about this album is that it was a mixture of anger and boredom that drove Joel to make this it.

IIRC the story was that his internet was out for a full week and his ISP was twiddling their thumbs doing all of nothing. So he just opened Mixcraft and started shitposting to a bad midi of the Ghostbusters theme he had on his hard drive.

And it kind of just...well...you can see the insanity it devolved into from there.
  • Joel’s sense of humor is terrible. I love it.
Edit: I need to also mention that this person is in a literal thrash metal band.

I love it when people who've never seen Joel streams exposed to his extreme memeage and they react in pure bewilderment.

In this episode of "Sentences You Will Hear Nowhere Else"
"You smoked the ghost from the government!?"
  • For those wondering, "Donken" is a common nickname for McDonald's here in Sweden.

That is literally the only thing I can explain about this.

Every time a new song starts, it's like entering the main hallway in P.T. all over again.

I think the thing that makes this meme so funny is how long the bit overstays its welcome. It loops from awful, back to funny, back to awful, like five times

I take it that this was the reason why the ghostbusters went out of business. Not that it wasn't profitable, but rather they didn't want to put up with this one guy constantly calling them for various reasons.

Joel's humor was never meant to leak outside of his inner circle of viewers. You were not prepared for his madness.

Imagine listening in on him from behind that door. You aren't privy to hearing the song, just the commentary. You would probably consider calling the cops.

When Vinesauce bollocks break out of the usual bubble there's something magical about it
    Especially the horrified reactions
  • @Tunkkis
So he cracked up at "McDonkey's", but totally glossed over "Kentucky Fried Man"? Alright.
  • @MetallicD3ath
"You smoked the ghost from the government?!"

...I'm not sure that makes sense even in context.

Someone in chat @ 2:45 asked: "Why did Joel make this"?

Well dear chatter, I have the answer right here in my cranium. The reason is that Joel was stuck without internet for a while, and so instead of playing offline games or actually going outside, he decided to edit a midi of Ghostbusters by Ray Parker Jr that he had on his computer, and make the weirdest lyrics imaginable to accompany the remixes just to alleviate his boredom. As you can see by how many there are, he quite enjoyed this. (And his internet was out for a while)

I was wondering when Uncle Jobel's masterpiece that is Super Ghostbusters would arrive. We truly have been blessed on this day.
  • @Frost-bv2ue
i love the people who just met joel's sense of humor and got confused.
  • @kittykat5090
love how it's all the same song, but at different tempos and with different lyrics
