Watching this video is like the brain trying to understand itself
  • My mission in life after surviving from suicide attempts is to eliminate the stigma associated with depression and suicide by promoting and encouraging not only the diagnosis and treatment of depression among young adults, but also the education of young people, their families, and friends about the disease of depression. A depressed person will observe happy people around him and feel as though it is impossible for him to ever feel that way. A depressed person may feel like they are a burden to others, especially family members or friends. For this reason, they may be reluctant to share their emotional experiences, further isolating themselves. There may be cyclical shifts in mood throughout the day; this can lead people to believe that they are not truly depressed because they feel a bit better at certain times of the day.

Great video, thanks for the information. In suffering from mental illness, it's been discovered that meditation and or yoga helps. Sound and imagery meditation is not only soothing but healing.
  • Excellent explanation, amazing visual effects, magnificent animation please make more videos on mental disorders and medical disorders
  • Thanks for this video! To add to this, vitamin B12 deficiency can cause depression, but nutrition can help!  Good food sources of vitamin B12 include: animal products, and vegan/vegetarian sources.  Liver is a great animal source, which you can sautee with onions, or put on skewers, roast over an open fire, and add salt and pepper!  Good vegan sources include nutritional yeast and mushrooms!

This is a perfect example to explain my special condition. Unlike the standard bi-polar, or skitzo. I have damaged chemical processors. They regulate themselvs only with food & rest. Medication isn't something I want to rely on. I'm not sure exactly where the damage is however I know it's not so bad if iv had pleanty of sleep & good food, althought conditions have to be nearly perfect. Els I have to be drugged up by a doctor & practically non-respondive with no livliness. The damage causes clonic-toni ziesures, from being unaware of exsaustion or unable to sleep in sertain environments without meds. The meds don't have great long term effects & have debilitating side effects. Staying home, is the most healthy choice for me, & avoiding certain snack foods regarding a very strange alergy.
  • The most hard thing I struggle with is that this won’t go away ...it’s tough trying to get on with it while everybody gets on with there lives.i often think what is the point.i wish I could give my life to somebody that needs it ..god bless anybody struggling
  • Thank you so much for these amazing videos, I hope that you will create new ones always
