Both Susan Necheles and Todd Blanche advised Trump NOT to put Costello on the stand. This is what happens when you let a 77 year old toddler run and control your case.
  • Glenn Kirschner is a great analyst. Always a pleasure to hear from him.
  • @hapah4894
The worst thing you can do is having a witness who tried to intimidate the presiding judge.
  • @Michalis1948
It was 100% stupid to get costello. Boo to defense lawyer. Never ever recommend Todd Blanche for any law cases.

So glad the defense called Costello. How great is that lol Trump such a joke. Great reporting from Jen and Glenn

Rudy Giuliani used to be U.S. attorney for SDNY. Sometimes, SDNY produces Kristy Greenbergs and sometimes it produces duds like Costello.
  • A deliberate effort to knowingly establish grounds for a mistrial is unconscionable and unethical.

Jen Psaki, Glenn Kirschner, and Kristy Greenberg, what a great team to analyse this trial! They're all so experienced and wise. I feel like my brain got bigger listening to them talk. It makes me feel better, knowing they're out there fighting for justice and democracy.

Glenn is the very best person to interview. He is so very good at explaining situations and giving effective, understandable summary and scenarios! You will never hear him say "umm".
  • @northerniltree
Trump should have also used Costello's partner, Bud Abbott.

Please forgive Robert Castello 🙏. He recently acquired the Orange Virus, which is an incurable disease. Symptoms include sleepiness, obesity, rudeness, habitual lying, disregard for the truth, narcissism, disregard for the rule of law and general detachment from reality. Pray for all those infected with the Orange Virus.
  • Costello's behavior is gonna come back and bite him hard. He's attempting to lay the foundation for a mistrial. A "Hail Mary" of desperation. His egregious behavior in the courtroom speaks volumes regarding his character. Both the judge and jury won't forget that. I'm sure the 🍊 Traitor LOVED it. 🙄 Choosing to have a major attitude, like a rebellious teenager, with the judge presiding, is appalling, shameful, and very unprofessional. MAGA members have been "demanding" that Costello be put on the stand to "exonerate" their 🍊 savior. They got what they wished for and then some. 🤭
  • There is absolutely no question that putting Trump in prison is a step forward in the right direction for the criminal justice system in America.
