In this video I’ll be delving into the ancient Japanese philosophy of Ikigai and the Okinawan lifestyle practices that are said to be the secret to their health, happiness and longevity.

Some of you may have watched my recent video on the Danish practice to wellbeing that is Hygge, which I love incorporating into my lifestyle.
