For the dough roller, if you wrap it in Saran Wrap or put some parchment paper over the dough, it’ll roll much easier and you don’t have to clean the roller afterwards :)

For sweet potato, if u want to cut time, usually i would washed it, poke with fork all over it. then lightly coat it with olive oil and sprinkled with a little bit of salt. air fry for 20-30 minutes depending on size. cook very thoroughly and delish
