I like Lu Jin's personality. He knows when to apologize, he knows how to calm anger, and grown men never make a big deal out of it. I wish I had a life partner like him would be great.. 😍

He arrives at the perfect moment where she is just empty. His understanding and patience is everything. He never treats her like a baby. Shes stubborn but he knows how to bend her ... and he loves her. Such a lovely show.

This is my first Chinese drama to watch...i loved it..... Lu jin is my favourite....

Responding to a comment made me rewatch this scene multiple times again and I really have to hand it to the actor and director for showing the nuances of LJ character. His negotiation skills and people acumen really came through in navigating the relationship with all 3 women that he cared, respected, and/or loved. He's an intellectual but he engaged the right amount of emotional intelligence in all three relationships and with the grandfather too. My favorite character was the uncle and he was a great help to him.

This is one of the best Chinese drama. Well acted. Fan of both leads after this drama.

The ml is such a great actor you can feel how much he loves her and the poor soul is being pulled in three directions,the acting from the ml and fl is top notch, absolutely love it his drama.

It is amazing how much emotion these two conveyed in that hug, that said it all❤❤

August 2022: For me, this is still the BEST Zhao Lusi drama

We all have that emotional bucket that just gets too full and you can't handle 1 more thing and you just want someone to understand and help, especially your bf. It's not LJ's fault he couldn't be there but he already knew how Li Man and his mom are and should have protected his phone better and called to see how his gf was even if he wasn't aware of any issues or at least text. She was lucky to have had emotional and financial help from her family and friends but you still want your bf to be there for you and you resent them when there's that void and feeling of abandonment. Kudos to uncle for setting LJ emotional straight.

Would love to see them together with another drama.

Love this drama. Watch it over and over. Very good music as well. Soundtrack worth adding to playlist :)
