Ironically, when Hugh Jass answered the phone, Bart was immediately very honest.

Fun fact: Bart's calls were based on real prank calls that were done by two guys named Jim Davidson and John Elmo. They sent many calls to The Tube Bar in Jersey City between 1975-1980. You can find actual recordings of the calls on YouTube.
