The "soft" thing is just a reoccuring thing that people say about every young generation tbh not just a Gen Z thing. Id say the boomers are way more soft with how they get offended by everyone saying stuff like "uhhh thats a bit outta pocket" or something like that. The "Gen Z being soft" thing is such an overgeneralization and from my experience doesnt seem that much different than people of other generations tbh.
