This is a collection of many stereo brown noise samples that I have smoothed and deepened to varying amounts and then layered together into a sleepy cacophony of deep rumbling sounds. Great for falling asleep, focusing, studying, and blocking out other noises in your current environment.

this sound is so relaxing, it sounds like the perfect balance of cars driving past, airplanes, ocean waves, wind, and rain! love it 🥰

When I was a child my grandparents lived in a mobile home. I would go to visit them for a week in the summer. I used to go in my bedroom and put my face over the the A/C vent in the floor and cover my head with a blanket and let this exact sound of the wind wooshing through my ears lull me to sleep. I always thought it was strange so I never told anyone about it until right now. That was 40 years ago. It was so calming.

This video is the ONLY reason I get sleep. My roommate sleeps like a freight train and this drowns out her snoring. Thank God.

This sounds like an air conditioner. I feel like I’m being covered and comforted by the noise. No other sound makes me feel this way and I sleep perfectly. Also you don’t have to waste electricity

I need a deep scientific explanation on why this sound works so well for relaxation and instant deep sleep mode. It’s almost like a miracle.

posting to say this saved my life during COVID. All my classes went online, and I have serious problems with paying attention to online classes/reading material on a screen. Im a pre-med student, so losing focus even for 10 minutes in a class would result in me missing the point of an entire lecture. I dont what it is about this sound, but it is the only thing that can force me to concentrate. With sound cancelling headphones, I put this sound on an immediately and warped into work mode. During COVID, i would put this song on and read a bit of the chapter/material before my Zoom lecture would start. I would already be in relaxed work mode, and i could stay focused for an entire 50 minute period. Saved my organic chemistry grade (had to take both orgos online). It has been excellent for my concentration and I still use it to study for every single exam. I have tried rain, thunderstorms, the usual white noise (which makes me anxious more than anything else), and this is the ONLY thing that allows me to completely relax and focus. In silence, I would get tinnitus so distracting that I couldnt work anymore. This sound drowns even that out. Sorry for the book, but i am passionate about this sound. Thank you so much!
  • i think it sounds like the muffled wind in the winter time. when you’re laying down in the snow, and you’re trying to listen for background noise.

How can YouTube video make my heartbeat normal and make my panic attack go away in few minutes? This is incredible. Thank you so much.

This is by far the nicest-sounding brown noise I've come across so far, and I wish it were longer than an hour. Thanks for sharing!

I first found this video a few days ago and for the life of me, I couldn't connect it to one single experience. All I knew was that I quite literally couldn't think when I was listening to it, which in a way was relaxing. Now I finally have a correlation lol. Listening to this noise feels exactly like when I would have sleepovers with my cousin... of course I cried because I wanted to go home because it was hard to fall asleep in new atmospheres, but in that moment where I would at least try, it was really nice. I would forget that I was on the hard ground and the way the air sounded as it blasted through the wall air conditioner in the wall was so comforting for some reason. I also liked knowing the fact that the next morning I would wake up to french toast and sausage... haha life was so simple I had no idea.

i dont feel sleepy. I feel awake, concentrated, and because of this amazing sound, i can study for over 30min without breaks, and repeat several times a day.
  • 1 hour went by flying while reading, gotta click the replay. Never in my life, I have felt this immersed in the story for so long without pausing for distractions. I believe I have found a new addiction

I had no idea this existed but i think it just solved all my problems
