Hiii my lovers ❤❤ just wanted to put out there that this video talks about weight gain and weight loss and my fitness transformation over the past year. If that is something that is not helpful or encouraging for you please please exit out. I LOVE YOU and I hope you had the most beautiful new years ever happy 2024 ❤️

Can we just talk about how incredible Morgan looked at all points of this journey? Talking about having genes omg!
  • @savannahhargis
So proud of you Morgan. Not for “losing the weight” but for committing to becoming a healthier version of yourself. Now maybe I can commit to that myself.
  • @savannahking544
As a girly on a health journey (not only weight loss, hygiene and clear skin and happiness too) this is so inspiring I’m going to watch it weekly just to keep myself in check
  • @ThisIsJessPaul
Dude even by APRIL you look so completely transformed. This is so inspiring. You didn't hide the fact about how hard you worked and how difficult it could be at times not only on your body but your mind, but you are so inspiring in such an attainable way!
  • @crissyc9831
I would never have known she was over 200lbs. She carries the weight extremely well. I looked like I had a tire around my belly at 170
  • @transmaniandevil
going from 11 to 8 minute mile is huge progress!!! congrats Morgan!!
  • @ThisIsJessPaul
You're probably going to be getting this a lot, but THANK YOU for creating this video. So many girlies are going to be looking for New Years fast hacks to fitness right now, and you're showing such a realistic and healthy, long-term journey to a strong and fit body.

The way I felt empowered after watching this is unreal. I HATE running, but I also hate my body but you gave me the drive to just go and do no matter the outcome. It’s the little wins of just showing up. I love you! If you see this I’m proud of you girl!!!💗💗
  • @dustonyourshelf
Let's just appreciate how well she talked about weight loss AND gain- a pretty triggering topic. Btw you're literally so beautiful I can't
  • @Emily-zu3qk
You have no idea how motivational this was, as a girl that also currently despises working out this made me feel like I could do it too.
  • @Lils_kt
I’m genuinely so proud of Morgan, she really did that. As someone who regularly works out, I can’t even imagine going to a boxing class every single day. All the power to you girly
  • @RiverHiker813
Hate putting pride on anything body related.. but health deserves an applaud. I've supported you from day one, feels weird to be PROUD of a stranger........ Here I am though, ass on the couch being hella proud of you and putting you in my mental inspo list.. Love watching you grow girly all the good vibes to you always
  • @HaiHaileyJ
Just food for thought, I wonder if why you’re more self-conscious now is because before you were completely avoiding the subject of weight, you even said it yourself, you hadn’t been on a scale for years. Now that you’re working out consistently, you’re aware and thinking about it. Proud of you girl❤

I am sooo proud of you!! I lost 50 lbs too and I can genuinely say there is no better feeling than being comfortable in clothes, being able to move your body how you want to, not feeling constantly weighed down and tugged on by the extra weight. It’s just gives you so much confidence and freedom. So happy for you.
  • @avengemufasa7637
I’m exactly 50 pounds down today and I’m so proud of all of us that have made the commitment to change our lives forever. Morgan, you looked amazing from start to finish, but that glow in the after - that’s true happiness, commitment and confidence. I’m so proud of you 👏🏻
  • @madestini720
Morgan is always so vulnerable and real. my journey has been aligned with Morgan in so many different spaces. Thank you for always being here
  • @MorSno32
I moved to Texas and gained so much. 288. Heaviest I’ve ever been. Right before Christmas I start calorie deficit, fasting and apidex I also do small workouts in the morning before work. In 2 weeks I’ve lost 13 pounds and I feel so damn proud of myself. To everyone that is on a journey. YOU CAN DO IT!
  • @sydneytatea
I've been trying to lose weight for two years now and it's the hardest thing I've ever attempted. I hope that 2024 will finally be the year that I make real progress! This was a great video. Thank you!

14:30 i absolutely understand this. Its crazy but its true. As you lose weight, eat healthy and focus on your well being, you do notice your insecurities hightening because your body awareness is hightening. Its crazy how it all works. Keep fighting the good fight girl. Always love your videos abd your energy 🖤
