  • "There's a big difference between being alone, and being lonely" Is a very good statement that I think a lot of people overlook. Excellent video also.
  • @anzarv
The cinematics. The seamless, flawless cuts and shots. The aesthetic. This is some next level film-making and videography. I'm glad I stumbled upon your channel.
  • @CmdrEsteban
The thing I like most about travelling alone is that without anyone else to consider, you can spontaneously discard the plan and just go “off mission” whenever you feel like it.
  • First time seeing anything from you and I am floored by the cinematography. Seriously, do you have a team? Like, there is no way this is the work of just one single human being, right? Even so, just AMAZING work. Some of the best on youtube.
  • @afiaibnat9201
How on earth am I seeing this for free? Again the cinematography, editing is top notch. This is surely an introvert's dream.
  • @guy8806
doing shit that you like alone has got to be one of the most chill things ever

I went to Japan alone back in November, my first solo trip ever. The culture shock and the jet lag blind-sighted me first two nights, but I absolutely fell in love with the place once I acclamated. There was so much to do, I never felt lonely. Going back in May to explore more cities I didn’t get to see.
  • @UmeLuvsArt
coming from someone who lives in Japan, I've gotten so used to all of then "cool" or "unique" parts of Japan that I forget to appreciate them. This video really opened my eyes to the amazing place that I am living in and for me, this is temporary because I am planning on moving soon. Thank you for making me want to make the most of my remaining time in Japan.

0:36 "My parents always told me to get lost anyways so I feel like this would be the perfect opportunity to do so" I FELT that on a PERSONAL level...🙂
  • The camera work, storytelling and editing on this was incredible! Great stuff!
  • @euroschmau
I have traveled to 35 countries (including twice to Japan), all but a few of my trips were by myself. I could not imagine seeing the world any other way; you have the exhilarating feeling of total freedom and a sense of achievement. Key is to plan well and take it easy.
  • @lifeofsky8642
I think Japan is the most comfortable country to travel alone! Did my first ever solo trip to Hiroshima and just as you said, “as much as I love travelling with friends, it is also nice to spend some time with myself”
  • As someone who really feels numb alone and with people, I can’t wait to do something like this soon when I am feeling better
  • I found myself crying while watching this video. Going to Japan has always been my dream, and watching this makes me fall in love with Japan even more. I am also starting to wonder if I will ever be able to go. Edit: Wow I didn't expect this to blow up! Thanks for the likes! I am actually going to Japan for 10 days during March 2024! I'll be going for 10 days. Going to Tokyo, Kyoto, Day Trip to Osaka, then to Hakone. I'm really excited!
  • @Herrera_70
I did this right before covid and it was awesome. My time alone was 10 times better than when I met my friends almost at the end of the trip. Japan is amazing.
  • @KristaMD
I'm an introvert. And I've been to other countries alone too. I think I'm more amazed with how you were able to shoot all those scenes properly 😊 otsukaresama~
  • @fennexfox98
As an introvert, I’ve traveled to Korea alone and I enjoyed my time there.. but that’s also thanks to my Korean language skill, I can freely ask people on street if I got lost. Now, I am trying to travel alone in Japan… but I am afraid if I am gonna effed up the trip because of my zero knowledge on Japanese. 😭
  • @noteman316
I am a teenager and I have developed a dream of traveling the world when I am older. This is very inspiring and it means more than you think to me. Thank you!
  • @alistreem
I’am very much an introvert, and I to one day wanna travel places by myself, but I thought that would be really weird because that’s what my friends told me. But thank’s to you I am now totally comfortable with the idea of travelling by myself! This was great video very relaxing and I’m glad that I stumbled upon it!
  • @struckbymusic
As a professional introvert, I can confirm that this is true.
