Another beautiful video, thank you for sharing it. I realised after some San Pedro medicine that my body and mind are both separate and one. It helped me to show love and understanding towards my body like a parent child relationship. Trying to balance the needs of my body and mind. What you’re saying is another level yet again of understanding that I can totally get.
