The collectivist view of Japanese culture plays a large role in influencing the work ethics of Japan and can definitely often make the work environment difficult for many Westerns in my opinion 😅

Fuck those who wants to censor you bro. You can cuss all you want...tony robins use cuss words a lot, and he is helping a lot of people not because of cuss words but because he is brilliant. Love your videos bro. keep it up. I like the way you play with words and i bet you like rap and r&b music. Mabuhay!

Are you an introvert off cam IRL by any chance? I'm never really close with work mates is because I really don't wanna get tangled into office politics because it's a real thing in the work place. I also hate the whole tatemae thing Japan has. Idol ko po mga videos mo! Thanks for the very helpful video!

Damn right about Japanese people not being real. A lot of them are fake and you can never tell when they're being serious. It's annoying. When they laugh and smile it's like... that's not real. They are afraid to show their true self. By the way, you are a very cool guy. You seem very happy. How long do you plan on staying in Japan?
  • could you make a video explaining about visas? recently a friend of mine was saying something about how hard it's getting to work or trying to get one. Not sure of all the details but yeah please.
  • @AisieB
can you also share something about renting a unit there, if the salary is enough for living expenses, health care, etc? thanks!!

Hi! First of all, thank you for making this video. I was very helpful but may I ask for a favor? I desperately need the company names you mentioned to apply for teaching in Japan. Thank you in advance!

I have 14 years until my two kids are adults, Im in the process of working out what I can do to best increase my ability to move to Japan once my children are adults :) I figure 14 years is plenty of time to be fluent etc, may never happen but hey its a good goal lol
