This definitely fits the Greek theme of a creature that represents disaster and inevitable doom. It does not care that you want to live, for it hungers.

I love how as the song goes on you stop seeing her face as her face and start perceiving her head as the true anglerfish, with the human face it's presenting as a gullet. Really cool siren design.

I love the fish head design. A small detail I noticed is that that lower teeth of the fish part of the head somewhat look like horns on the more human face. Not sure if intentional but looks AWESOME

I’m still rewatching this, like this single short animation made me OBSESSED with this audio and I felt obligated to watch any other animations using it, the singer is A LEGEND for hitting that high note when she says “GET IN THE WATTTTTTEEEEEEERRRRRRR” ugh. Everything about it and this is perfect

ive rewatched this like 6 times. the lady's design is so cool, her eyes at the beginning looked so gentle and the lyrics made me think she's asking him to come home since she looks like an ocean creature, and he doesn't want to, honestly her raising the ocean and her head splitting open looks so badass
