Did you know that Fear, the character in Inside Out, looks like a real-life nerve? That's what the movie's director, Pete Docter, said. It's funny because Fear isn't actually scared of Riley's nightmares. He thinks they're boring! Maybe the scary things in Riley's dreams, like losing her teeth or falling in front of her class, aren't really that scary to him. If they happened in real life, he'd probably be terrified too!
