Listen, there is a difference in time. When Marion Jones ran her 21.60 she during those time she was doping. Hence, she was banned, and her medals were taken back. Merlene Ottey's case was different. She ran her 21.64 in Brussel 1991. Notice the World Athletics / IAAF still has Merlene as the 7th fast 200m runner of all time on their list. Which means your list is flawed. When she tested positive in 1999, it was her "A" which they took it to court and she fought it in court for 11 months. They inintally intened on banning her 2 - 4 years but they found out that her "B" sample was negative which indicated that her "A" sample was possibly contaminated and that's the same thing that happened the VCB. The charges were dropped, and she was freed from the ban that lasted 11 months and was allowed to be a part of the 2000 olympics. Her name was cleared. You have it all wrong. Merlene should have been on this top 10 at number 7 just as how IAAF has it on their site. Merlene was never stripped of anything, Marion Jones was.
