It's a big ship.

A few notes, given this is my most popular video (thanks algorithm):
- Is it the Executor? Is it the Ravager? I've not been able to find any canon confirmation as to which SSD it is, but they're all Executor-class so if we're being pedantic the video title is correct.
- Is it supposed to be capable of atmospheric flight? Rogue One and Solo showed regular ISD-Is in-atmosphere, and in Legends the Lusankya SSD managed to launch from beneath Coruscant's surface. On Jakku WA you can see the Ravager crash into the surface, and in Supremacy you can see it engaged in a huge in-atmosphere firefight. As far as I can see, the canon is that capital ships can go in-atmosphere.
- From what I know, this only happens if the Imperials are doing well on the early phases of Walker Assault on Sullust.
- This was recorded in Battlefront's offline mode on PC, with a cinematic camera tool. Explains why X-Wings like to perform strafing runs on the cameraman every now and then.
- I initially recorded this to show a friend.

It’s weird how fricken normal sized Star Destroyers are it’s escort like they’re tie fighters
  • Considering that it’s around 11 miles long it has to have been docked at least 15 miles away to get that type of perspective on it. It looks way lower to the ground until you notice the Star Destroyers surrounding it. I’ll never stop being fascinated by the massive scale of the Imperial Fleet.

The most beautifully-stunning Graphics in a Star Wars Game, produced and developed by one of the biggest threats to the Video Game Industry due to their anti-consumer actions...
  • Rebels: we are winning! Execute: *takes off Rebels: oh s- Execute: *goes to the complete opposite direction Rebels: oh never mind we are still winning
  • I've always dreamed about seeing a giant spaceship take off like that. It would be so cool to see this happen in real life but also terrifying. Man I wish space travel was a thing of the present!

That sound at the very beginning made me feel so uneasy and I look behind myself and see the ship rise and I thought how magnificent

Imagine, you're a soldier in the Rebellion. You're fighting the good fight, attacking this Imperial ship yard. Things are going as well as they can, and you allow yourself some hope. You can win! Then a Star Destroyer 5x the size of the normal ones rises into the air

I wish we could see more of the executor on screen more. Imagine hearing the thrusters of that thing in a cinema, the seats would literally be shaking

I don’t think I ever noticed this playing BF 2015, but it’s pretty awesome. And for those of your questioning the physics down below, it’s Star Wars. Star Wars has never had realistic physics, it’s a space fantasy.
