It's sad that Reese is so vocal since her maturity pails so remarkably to that of CC. It's simply not fair to compare Reese to CC. CC is far too high a bar to compare any rookie and even nearly any veteran too.

Unfortunately we live in a time where "white bad, black good" and that's the entire narrative. If Caitlin Clark was averaging 40 points, 12 assists and the Fever were undefeated, people would still claim that Angel Reese missing 15 layups a game is worthy of the ROTY. Caitlin is not only a far superior player, she's very classy and never bad mouths anyone, no matter how poorly they treat her.

What hurts Reese the most is Clark’s complete lack of reaction to her ring having hand waggle. In fact, it’s not that Caitlin didn’t see the gesture she just looked right through it, as if that wasn’t what or who she was looking for. Sore loser, sore winner. Same thing poor sportsmanship plain & simple.
