March will make it 1 year for me. I'm not loving it at this point. $26 hour and I'm driving in New York everyday. It's just extremely stressful dealing with it. My company offered no sign on bonus.

Thank you for this . That is a great increase in pay and well worth it. Many people consider this career to get ahead. The only thing is I wish there were other careers this fast paced to get into where you could jump in pay. CDL is the most popular one i see so far.
