Chuck: just gets a freshly newborn Also Chuck: man there is no better feeling as a linux command that works
  • Thank you Chuck for creating all this lab content in your channel. I studied and lectured IT till 2020 but, always focused on BPM and PM sides of it, avoiding coding any time I could.. Until I came across your channel a couple of months ago. Now I can't spend a day without learning more about coding mate. You're amazing mate, thank you thank you thank you

I bought an SNES one summer back in the day just to play SimCity non stop. I would let it run overnight to cash in a bunch of money to build more stuff, hehe. Sold it after the summer ended.

Just setup my first pi-hole project today on an old 2B+ I had laying around. Such a cool little piece of hardware!!!
  • @tolucarrol
You’re changing my life positively and reigniting my belief in IT again ... Bless you Chuck

Chuck, you literally spoke the most honest truths there at the end when it comes to Linux, raspberry pis, kali, everything! I’m excited to know you’ve been doing this whole subject for multiple years. I’m still new to the channel and will check out more of your videos. But seriously, you’re doing your thang, bro!

"If you weren't alive when the NES or SNES came out let me know". I wasn't even alive for 9/11 and i'm a legal adult. There's some time perspective
  • @soleyenki2611

I'm not a tech guy, just a hobbyist, but I'm loving this channel. Entertaining and educated. Keep it up!

Love that I'm not the only one who opens a thousand tabs to solve one problem, that turns into ten small problems.
  • @DJ-lg6nu
I had mine as an openvpn server as well! So dope what you can do with these things. Congrats on the baby as well! Take care my friend!
  • @YouToobeRocker
Bro. Love this channel. You were the first link to my Google search of Raspberry Pi. I came for classic emu gaming and learned so much more! I will be watching more of your excellent videos. Great work my man!
  • @solarpath3333
Thank you for all your service. Your mentorship is very exciting. I'm 50 years old and just beginning. Thank you.

The moment I received the Raspberry 4 I was kinda stunned how fast it works, I have used it as desktop aswel when my PC was gone and even works for web-development using FileZilla and edit images with GIMP. Amazing what a 70-80$ can do!
  • @pwnograffik
In addition to what you said the Raspberry Pi also makes a great Pi-hole / VPN machine. PiVPN is one way to go but I only have experience using Wireguard on the Pi which has worked GREAT. The touchscreen that you have for the Pi is awesome I'll definitely be looking into it for my next Pi. My current Pi is headless as a GUI is not needed and it lowers memory usage.
  • Thanks for sharing your passion. That's what makes the channel great!
  • I did one of these for my daughter a few years back for playing old games, worked well, works great as desktop like you say.
