The FitnessGram Pacer Test is a multistage aerobic capacity test that progressively gets more difficult as it continues. The 20 meter pacer test will begin in 30 seconds. Line up at the start. The running speed starts slowly, but gets faster each minute after you hear this signal. [beep] A single lap should be completed each time you hear this sound. [ding] Remember to run in a straight line, and run as long as possible. The second time you fail to complete a lap before the sound, your test is over. The test will begin on the word start. On your mark, get ready, start.

Jakerton is that kind of guy that you show the internet and progressively learns more about the humour of this generation
  • 9:59 is called shadow boxing its pretty much where someone points to a random direction and you have to try and guess where they're pointing and look at a different direction from where they are pointing.

I Love how Jake watches a meme and then awakens some kind of childhood memory inside his brain and then tells us about it. Love listening to your stories Jake! They are sometimes even funnier than the memes :)

9:42 This game is shadowboxing. Normally it is played by having one person choose a direction while the other has to look in a direction that is different than where the first person is pointing. If you avoid looking the way the first person is pointing, you become the pointer. When playing with teams of 2, you can tag the other in to take your spot when you get someone to face the way you point. same way for the opposing team when they are the pointers.

Hi Jake! Just wanted to express how much I appreciate you putting your time and effort into creating a safe and welcoming environment for anyone to come and hang out. I can probably imagine that content creating is usually quite overlooked when it comes to how difficult it actually it is - Consistency, Dedication, Paying for good quality equipment and software, and on top of all of that, managing a whole discord server! And if you ever think to yourself that your job isn't as significant as others when it comes to the impact it has on the world... just remember what you once said, "We need to stop being so divided" and you are right, if there is anything that is going to help the world, whether it's climate change, wars, or anything else, it's going to be coming together and working as a team to stop these things. I know that sounded a bit ๐Ÿง€y but I think it's true. Anyway, going a little off track here. But my point is, you are helping to bring together the next few generations. Which in my opinion, is one of the most important things that we need to do. I know this comment was probably a bit too deep, but to summarise, you are amazing, keep doing what your doing and thank you ๐Ÿ˜.
