Donna Summer's $8.7 Million Dollar ABANDONED Mega Mansion

Thanks for sharing your story. Donna was my aunt. I would travel across country to visit her when my mom was studying for her Masters and subsequent Doctorate degrees, it was an amazing time. I wasn’t born in 1980 but a few years after, and I know the EXACT, She was a great person and she was beside me BEFORE my birth, until her passing. This particular house is where, I had my college graduation party. Great memories. Kudos to you…Cheers!

I actually worked on this house and property back in 2006-07. I helped lay the reclaimed wood flooring and painted trim in the room. Also painted the fencing around the property. Can't believe it sat unused for so long.

The mirrors are probably for dancing. Donna was pure class. I cried my butt of when I heard she died. I didn't know she was sick. Rest in peace sweet disco queen! 💕💕💕💕

I am comforted to know she spent her final years living in the palace that she so rightly deserves. She was much loved and is madly missed.😢 😢😢

She passed in 2012. The designer was way ahead of their time. Everything is still in style. Beautiful home

Most everything in the kitchen can be salvaged, reused. Makes me happy to realize she enjoyed her dream house. She was a beautiful lady,amazing singer. I danced to her music during the late 70s,early 80s. The disco days.

I'm 63 and she was a star in my era of "girl's night out" dance time! I will forever be a Donna Summer fan ♥

I feel honored that you showed us The Queen's mansion. In the 70s many of us danced for hours in the discos to her incredible music.

I had the privilege of seeing her in concert at Chastain Park in Atlanta around 2005. Someone at work gave me their 2 front row tickets because they couldn't make it. The concert was awesome!! Glad I was able to go see her perform! She did not disappoint.. rip ❤❤

Went to that house once to interview her. More beautiful in person I was speechless. No picture did her justice so beautiful. And down to her so sweet and normal. God Bless Her

It is not being torn down! Repeat, it is not being torn down! A developer bought it and is subdividing the 40 acres to build more home on it. Donna's house will be left and only have 2-2.5 acres with it and the new owners can restore and update the house.

Incredible… Amazing to virtually tour a 20K sq ft custom home owned by an icon … Donna Summers💐 Attention to detail in every sq ft possible. One could only imagine the fabulous life that she once had with her family. and friends 🌹❤️🦋🤩🌟❣️ It’s beyond perfection how some of the paint, woodcraft and artistry still looks like new to this day! It’s a shame for it to be bull dozier down. REST IN PEACE DONNA SUMMERS, You music will last forever💫 It is very very sad after someone else purchase the property did not respect this property to the level that it deserve … Awful I really enjoyed this tour. The chandeliers are exquisite and different, very tasteful. That huge closet is amazing! Just think all the clothes and shoes she had in there. The master bathoom also was so nice. I love her porch area outside. Just beautiful and so huge. Glad to see something so beautiful.

She was a five time Grammy award winner. She was only 63 when she passed away. So much talent to be gone so soon. RIP.

As a person who did home construction it's really a shame that this would be destroyed. The work a craftsmanship that went in to this house is exceptional. I hope they re- perperous as much as they can. I never understood what people need with so much room. ( Even going back to the days of castles.) Nice video! 🌲🌲 🎼

The land developer who bought her mansion, should not be tearing it down, to build cookie cutter homes. He should build a gated community housing, & use that mansion for the offices, put in a pool, & use it as venue, for pool parties, & game rooms, & Weddings for people who live there.
