The time Paz softlocked my game

I was just casually visiting Paz in Metal Gear Solid V on the PS4, when suddenly this happened.
Nothing major since it could be fixed with reloading the last checkpoint and I haven't looked thus glitch up yet to see if other people got the same one, but it was still pretty funny at the moment.
