That 🌪 survived for 40 miles...at first doesnt sound like alot until u realize most tornados don't survive for more than a couple of miles.

PAY TEACHERS AND CHILDCARE WORKERS MORE and you won't have a problem finding people to fill those tremendously important roles. Teachers of all age groups deserve so much better...there is no wonder there is a massive shortage. This has been going on for years. Why has nothing changed??
