If you can't install forge, you need to download Java: www.java.com/en/

For anyone who is having troubles trying to get Forge to pop up correctly after downloading it, I got it to work properly by installing the latest version on Java onto my PC. Then when I launched Forge it let me select the option to open it through the Java application! After that, everything worked perfectly.

THANK YOU SO MUCH. I've wanted swem for awhile but never got around to it. I finally decided to download it today. The only thing bad is that since this is from a year ago, i had to scroll down to find the versions you were using. BUT AGIN TYSM 😭😭
