I will say that as a Marine who went through boot camp from Nov 2013-January 2014 that we were trained on the M4A1. It is possible that infantry units were still trained on the M16 but I would say the USMC started using M4s before 2015 like it says in the video.

What's nuts is that the F-35 basically has an onboard "mini"-supercomputer in addition to access to remote US supercomputers for the computations necessary to accomplish its various operational jobs.

The M855A1 5.56 round we use now with the M4 doesn't go through the human body in a clean , straight line anymore. It will go inside the body, stumble around and then , maybe come out. Unless the fight it's close range, but in that case you can put 3 shots on target more accurate and faster than with a bigger round
