How to Cook the BEST Chop Suey | Filipino Style Recipe | Comfort Food Classic| Easy Cooking

First, what is Chop Suey?

While it has its roots in Chinese-American cuisine, Filipinos have so lovingly accepted Chop Suey into their cooking repertoire that it has since evolved into its own classic and well-known Filipino recipe. It is a vegetable dish that you mix with a meat or two or three of choice.

If you are a vegan, you can simply just remove the proteins from the dish and viola!

For this dish, you need to make sure you keep the veggies crunchy and not over cooked.

INGREDIENTS

1 to 2 glass of chicken broth
3 tbsp. Olive oil
4 to 5 tbsp. Oyster sauce
4 tbsp. Knorr liquid seasoning
Salt and Pepper to taste
Green beans (sliced)
3 ounces Pork (sliced)
