One thing you missed about Sonny Gray's outing is the pitch count. He went 5 innings, but was on a pitch count restriction, so he only threw 64 pitches! If it wasnt his first start back, probably couldve easily gotten 7 or 8

I'm just gonna say it.... Kirby needs to throw hands... his knuckleball will save his career. If he threw one every other start , all the hitters would be scared shitless if a dude that throws a 97 mph fastball and a 68 mph butterfly.

Great video as always, but you forgot to mention that they brought Romero back out for the next inning. He struck out another two batters on some really gutsy sliders if i remember correctly. As a Cardinals fan, I have high hopes for such an entertaining pitcher.
