Amazing video Yaya, can i advise you something as a Caribbean person myself, when you soak your sea moss, especially if it's good quality the water that you used to soak it in you also use it to blend. Normally if it's soaked for 24 hours your water will be gooey, that sticky water holds a lot of nutrients and benefits from the sea moss itself and should be used also. I usually pour my sea moss without cutting it into small piece with that same water and blend, you get the best smoothest consistency ever! Also a seamoss and aloe vera (both homemade) body wash is my go too DIY project
  • @NaturalMackie
I grew up drinking sea moss. It’s a traditional drink in Jamaica made with milk and/or condensed milk, nutmeg, vanilla, cinnamon if you like, sugar to taste and a pinch of salt. I think some people add other things like almond essence. I’ve also used it in smoothies. It’s quite yummy. Thanks for the video
  • I would definitely enjoy seeing you formulate a hair gel and cream with the seamoss
  • @ToyaRR
I like to blend mine with fresh fruit. My favourite is mango. That way I can eat a tablespoon everyday.
  • @toniastk5625

  • Hey Yaya I love watching your videos! 💕 And I am into the exact same thing as you when it comes to making DIY products and wondering if you offer classes maybe online or in person? Or if you have any recommendations on excellent education on DIY herbal health products.
  • I’d love to see the thinner gel used in a conditioner or preepoo or leave in or styling gel.
  • Yaya, would love to see you formulate this with a preservative!
  • Great video Yaya I absolutely love seamoss and consume it daily 😋 😋
  • @ifeomadymphna

  • @ToyaRR
I would like to see a deep conditioner and leave-in with ceramides and hyaluronic acid.
  • Would love to see you used it to make hair butter, thanks for sharing 👍💕
