Every single day I discover some aspect between Spanish and the home where it was created, which makes me wonder if it has an end. The very concept of a human's relationship with their environment either was created by the language or vice versa. Someone said to me yesterday, ¨Me, myself and I¨ which I’ve heard all my life and I think about how English exists as a reflection of a mind which is centered on how that individual affects their environment and what their presence means to the environment, the self-importance of it all. Whereas in Spanish, the action is dominant and transitives or reflects on any subject, thus making all subjects equal and somewhat, irrelevant. "Lo siento, me quedé en blanco durante la presentación.", "Cuando me dijo el precio, me quedé de piedra.", ¨Perdón, ¿Dónde se queda la farmacia?¨, "Me quedé sin gasolina en mitad de la carretera."

Quedar and Dejar. I am struggling to "lock" those two verbs down.
