The pilots in Gipsy danger had more experience. Thus making them more likely to win. Of course Avenger was more agile, but if we put skill then Danger would definitely win.

Gypsy danger would win. It’s not all about advancement in the technology. It’s mostly about the pilots just like chuck Hanson vs Raleigh in the hallway. Raleigh dominated that fight. So it proved that if the Hanson’s were in a mark 3 jaeger they would be less successful. Raleigh and macho (not sure if the name is right) were very capable fighter and got along well. But jack and the other one just didn’t have what it took (in my opinion) even though they were partners in the academy their drift connection wasn’t great, they were able to fight and hold their own but if it came down to it. Both jaeger same mark same level technology, Gypsy danger would win without a doubt in my mind.
