Loaded Biscuits and Gravy

1 can large biscuits

Preheat oven to 375. Press biscuits into a muffin pan forming cups.

8eggs
1/3 cup heavy cream
2 cups shredded cheddar divided
1.5 tsp salt, pepper, Toni’s seasoning or to taste

Mix the above and over medium high heat scramble. Set aside.

Fill biscuit cups with scrambled eggs…press to make sure they are good and full. Top with shredded cheese. Bake 15-20 minutes or until puffy and golden.

Sausage gravy

1 pound of pork sausage
A 1/4 a cup of either butter or bacon drippings
Half a cup of flour
4 cups of milk
Tsp each Salt, pepper seasoning, salt, and sage or to taste

In a large skillet on medium heat cook your ground pork sausage until it’s completely done and do not drain it, if for some reason there is not enough fat in the pan and you need to supplement a little bit to reach your half a cup. add either butter or bacon drippings, which either one you have Stirred this for a minute until the flour is absorbed into the oil and then add your 4 cups of milk whisk until thick then add your seasonings as always taste before serving


Serve loaded biscuits with gravy.
