    It's interesting how simple melodies, harmonics and orchestration can became so strong and philosophical because of the Beethoven's genius

    The 8th symphony may be my favorite of LVB although it is so hard to narrow it down to one particular "favorite". I've always been delighted to know that LVB held it in high esteem as well. I can say that I prefer my Beethoven fast and crude, not lovely and slow!!
