Did anyone else automatically check the time stamp just to make sure if u had to capacity to take it all in first? Glad it's not long and is precise. I just wish the there was an actual picture video to match.

Hey Jessica, I don’t know if you’ll ever read these lines but I’m so grateful for your content. It makes me feel more “normal” and seen. Your content was one of the inspirations for me to produce content in German as there wasn’t much. Your talk is so relatable. It perfectly links the facts the audience needed to have with your emotions. You can be proud of yourself 😊

The talk from Jessica McCabe changed my life. After her Talk is started looking for help and found a doc, who gave me a medication, that helped me to find my way in this world. It also helped me to understand how my ADHD influences my life and how i can find a way to live with this.

Jessica's channel helped to change my life, starting ADHD treatment at 36. Still been a rough journey since, but I have so much more compassion for myself now, rather than thinking I failed all the therapy and was always going to fall short of my potential. I am forever grateful Jessica

  • Hyperactivity and impulsiveness: being unable to sit still, especially in calm or quiet surroundings. constantly fidgeting. being unable to concentrate on tasks. excessive physical movement. excessive talking. being unable to wait their turn.

her activism for adhd is great. i was diagnosed at the age of 9 or so, and i always experienced people acting understanding of the condition, but then treating it like it can be juat turned of. like: oh you got adhd, dont worry i underatand. now please stop acting like it.
