    I have seen my professor at university who can do this, but he spent about 20 minutes to bend a spoon at my house so I believe this might be true.

    C’mon, the fork was already bent, he just cupped it with his palm to create the illusion that it was straight and then slowly moved his fingers in the opposite direction to make it look like the fork was bending.
